Aabadi Mountain Camp is an intimate camp with 10 safari tents, two of which are guide tents and one luxury tent for honeymooners or those just looking for a more unique experience. Our tents provide the perfect opportunity to connect with the sights and sounds of nature. Feel the breeze into your tent or enjoy a view of the great outdoors while taking a luxurious outdoor shower. Our tented chalets have been designed to take advantage of their beautiful natural setting, while ensuring the guests can enjoy plenty of privacy. Each tent has a comfortable veranda, ideal for bird and game viewing, star gazing or reading your favourite book after a dusty safari. With a choice of single, twin, double or triple accommodation, all reservations include our mouth-watering breakfast. Other meals can be added to the booking. The tents are equipped with a private outside shower and toilet for a more natural bush experience. The showers are constantly heated by our traditional heaters. We added a cultural touch of local textiles to each room and provide modern amenities made from Namibia’s indigenous !Nara plant. You can always expect a few birds and small animals to pop in around the site.
The camping ground at Aabadi is a beautiful natural area just along the Aba Huab river bank with 8 separate camping areas. Each of these well demarcated spaces has braai facilities, a wash basin and a plugging socket. The entire camping ground is well lit and has 9 ablution facilities. Officially opening in March 2017 are our private and exclusive campsites each with their own ablution facilities. This experience is your chance to get in touch with nature.
